At Sitefactory, we take a professional, non technical approach to our work.
First and foremost, we enjoy what we do and therefore work with our customers to develop the best solutions to match their needs.

After the Dot Com bust of the late 90's attitiudes changes towards the web and its capabilities. What is important to remember is that a website does not improve your product. The role of a website is to create a new channel to an existing product or service and thereby generate more sales.

Our experience has primarily been with existing companies whom already have an inventory of stock or an established product.
 


There are seven steps to our webdesign service:

  • Client enquires about a web site
  • Requirements list is made over the phone or in person
  • A proposal is then created with a price for the project
  • A project plan is then made together with the client to allow for set deadlines
  • The site is developed with the client in the loop at all times
  • A week of testing commences
  • The site 'goes live'
 

Terms may varies depending on project agreement but generally the following is standard practice:
  • 40% of project fee taken in advance
  • 30% at designated 1/2 way point
  • 30% on completion of project
