SITEFACTORY SMS is a service developed for our clients and with standard business practices in mind. Essentially there are five steps involved as follows:
A customer makes a purchase. On completion, the SMS customer asks their shopper whether they would be interested in further promotions or offers.
Once the customer agrees, they are prompted to leave their mobile number.
At the end of each month, the SMS customer posts or emails the list of mobile numbers. The customer volume dictates the monthly charge for the service.
As part of the service, SITEFACTORY SMS will email the SMS customer once a month (or more according to selected package) and ask for that months promotional text to be sent.
On recieving the text message script, SITEFACTORY SMS will send out the message to each customer two times per month as standard. Extra message drills can be scheduled as additional options.
